Napier PowerX 200 Event at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre.

This event took place over the weekend of June 21st & 22nd at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre to mark 200 years of the Napier Company.

Brooklands Museum sent along the John Cobb Napier Railton to provide both static and powered demonstrations over the weekend.

A number of examples of Napier Cars and Aero Engines were also on display in the Railway Buildings.

The locomotive pictured is a Class 55 English Electric 'Deltic' powered by two Napier engines.
