Pro-Celebrity Concours Competition.
The 2008 MPH / Top Gear Live Shows in London & Birmingham attracted record crowds and AC Heritage supported both the Earl's Court and NEC events, by displaying the 1954 RuddSpeed ACE in London and the 1963 Shelby FIA Cobra in Birmingham.
Featured on the Autoglym stand at Earls Court were James Martin's Ferrari 250 GTO (replica) and the Ferrari Marenello owned by 'Dragon' Peter Jones.
Displayed at the NEC show, Peter Jones Ferrari Marenello, Richard Hammond's Ford Mustang, Nick Knowles great little Fiat 500 and the NEC winner the Maserati Mistral belonging to Top Chef, James Martin.
But the real 'Celebrity' and true star of the NEC Show was the Napier-Railton, loaned by the Brooklands Museum Trust and entered by AC Heritage. Judging from the worn out carpet in front of the Railton the Brooklands Museum is set to see more visitors as a result!
